What Are the 4 Tips in How to Win and Influence People to Take Action

Every home business aspires to be great. They want to have the life they have always dreamed of having.

The only way you are ever going to get there is to have a following. And, if you can win over and influence people to take massive action, you will have far greater success.

So, how do you do this?

There are four major components to influence people into taking action. You and your team should carry out each and everyone one of these.

*Be sure to get your pen and paper ready, because this is something you should not take lightly.

4 Tips in How to Win and Influence People to Take Action

#1. Empower your people.

After you have your team go through the necessary training, provide them with all of the appropriate skill sets, how to continuously maintain these along with building new ones, and you have to allow them to fail.

I cannot tell you how critical it is to let them fail.

What you want to happen is for them to learn from their mistakes so that they know what is going to work for them and what is not.

What you don’t want to do is enable them to be dependent on you. You must trust them with what you have provided them with and that they are competent.

They will figure it out, if they seriously want to.

#2. Speak their language.

How you speak their language is you must understand what their goals are, show them how they can achieve the goals and reinforce that they are capable of achieving them.

The only way you will ever know this is by asking your team questions and…..LISTEN.

Listening to your different team member’s needs, wants, goals, dreams and desires will give you an incredible amount of creditability.

You will show them you are interested in them succeeding, and that you will show them how.

#3. Teach your team how to properly build rapport.

There is nothing worse then knowing you can’t prospect, especially when this industry expects that of you. Otherwise, you’re just bound for failure and eventually quitting.

How to build rapport properly is to understand who your prospect is.

Learn more about them by FORMing them.

Using FORM is very easy to do as long as you are willing to use your listening skills.

Which you must use if you want to be good at building rapport.

FORMing can also be done online thanks to the social media arena. Most of these answers are there for you.

Use this to your advantage and show an interest in them. This can be applied to your prospect, customers and distributors.

This can even be used on your significant other. It applies to everyone.

#4. Let go.

Everything you have provided to your team members, you must let them go by not controlling how, when and why they are doing certain things with their business.

You’ll actually find if you let your team members go, they hold themselves accountable.

And because you have provided them everything that is necessary to be successful, and you continue to do so, they have a better chance of hitting and exceeding their goals.

I know I may have hit some sort spots for you. I’m doing this for your own good.

This is the only way you will ever be able to win and influence people into taking action. This will eventually lead to successful.

Sometimes people need to just tell you like it is.
