MLM Recruiting: A Numbers Game

How many interviews has it taken you to sign up a distributor?

MLM Recruiting - Numbers GameHave you been told signing up a distributor is a numbers game?

I’m sure you have some point in your business, and what’s important to understand is it is a numbers game.

You have two choices to play this game.

#1) To tell everyone about your business.

#2) Have a process tell everyone about your business.

Now, both choices work, but which one works for you while you’re sleeping, on vacation, or doing nothing?

The first option requires a lot of upfront and consistent effort.

The second option requires more upfront time, but less work on the tail-end.

Yeah, that’s right, #2 is a better option when playing this game.

With the second option, once you set up a MLM recruiting process in place that filters through your prospects you don’t want and those you do want, you will get better results for your network marketing business.

What the MLM leaders have discovered and put to use is developing a system they and their team can use for their recruiting efforts.

The process entails getting your information out there in a form of a website where it promotes the benefits of working with you.

It’s not a home business opportunity pitch… It’s not a get rich quick scheme…

It’s a “I have a solution to your problem” approach.

This approach to recruiting MLM leaders allows you to easily filter through those who don’t want the solution versus those that do. Those that do are FAR more serious and prospects you want to work with.

The recruiting MLM leaders game can be fun to play and I’m going to show you how… This will really spice up your business and make the whole process interesting and attractive to your distributors.

How to Play the MLM Recruiting Numbers Game

First, come up with as many problems you feel your ideal prospects are facing. Don’t worry so much about if you think one of them doesn’t belong, because as you go through the process you’ll get to the ones that truly matter.

Second, narrow down your choices by doing a keyword search look up for the problems. The ones that have a very low and high search results, throw away.

Third, from the list you have left over, rank the top three based on their search results, from highest to lowest.

Fourth, come up with a solution for those “problems” where your ideal prospect can relate with. Consider integrating your copywriting skill we posted on the Maverick Business Builders Blog a little while back.

Fifth, construct a website based on identifying the problem and the solution.

These five steps will allow you to play the MLM recruiting numbers game like a true business entrepreneur.

One word to the wise, while your constructing the solution, absolutely make sure your ideal prospect can relate. If there is any part you feel doesn’t flow, change it up.

Also, proofread and re-edit until you’ve got it right.

Can you imagine what your MLM recruiting numbers will be like for you if you had something out there your prospects can easily relate to?

Playing the numbers game doesn’t have be so difficult and if there is ever a time you’re not getting the results you were after, then perhaps it’s time for a change.

Don’t be committed to what your are doing if it’s not working. My best advice in order win the MLM recruiting numbers game is to be open to change.
