Up for the Downline Challenge

When up for a challenge, do you crawl into a hole and ignore it like it’s even happening or do you see the challenge as an opportunity?

Up for the Downline ChallengeAn opportunity you can overcome?

I love challenges. I like them because of the sense of accomplishment and especially when the goal includes any of the following:

“Win Prizes!” “Win Special Bonuses!” “Win a Free Weekend Trip Vacation!”

I want to play a special game with you. Are you ready?

To level the playing field, in this game we all have two people in our downline.

Our objective is within one month to get each of the two downline members to at least sign up one quality distributor into their business.

This would mean your business would gain two additional people into your downline.

Are you up for the downline challenge? Or will you return to your hole?

I hope you do not, because what I want to share with you here is how great challenges truly are.

Sure they will not be easy. In fact, at times you may think about quitting.

But – Guess what???

THAT’S NORMAL!

Now that you know that, let’s return our little game of building our downline.

What are some different approaches we can take while playing this game?

How about we start with working on the strengths of each of the downline members.

Downline member #1 is great with building rapport.

Downline member #2 is great at closing the deal.

Now that we have each determined our downline members strengths, can they use these to benefit them for signing up a quality distributor?

Well, yes and no.

We do have a problem though.

Downline member #1, although good with building rapport, is not great at closing the deal. And downline member #2 is not good with building rapport.

What can we do to increase these members chances of reaching their goal?

That’s right! (Glad to see we’re on the same page here)

Each of the downline members can leverage their strengths for the other person.

This way everyone wins.

You see, every day someone new in your downline or the downline you have yet to built, has challenges – including yourself.

But it’s nothing a little creativity can’t fix.

Here, rather than focusing on not succeeding, we instead focus on the good we do have and bring it to the table.

Remember, downline member #1 and #2′s strengths. Well they had problems too and we instead turned their weaknesses into strengths.

Here’s the sad truth though, not everyone will realize the underling opportunities challenges bring.

I hope what I have shared with you gives you some idea of how you can overcome a challenge. All you have to do the next time you are faced with a challenge is determine how you intend to overcome it.

Keep digging away until the solution surfaces. Once it does, see what you can do to leverage one another strengths.

I remember learning this some time ago from Tim Sales. He spoke about having true success in your downline requires you, the leader, to determine where your team is stuck and help them get unstuck.

And, he was right. It helps every single time.

What’s a challenge you thought you would have never been able to overcome?
