The Wrong Way and the Right Way to Network Marketing

Wrong Way and Right Way to Network MarketingPicture yourself five years from now stuck in network marketing; no distributors, no customers, nothing. What do you think went wrong? (Something you need to seriously ask yourself!)

Did you not advertise? Did you not prospect and recruit for distributors or customers? Did you not get training to increase your value? Or, did you treat your business like a hobby where you just wanted to know about the products and that was it?

Too many network marketers fall into that last question. When they began, they were probably all for it, but once they saw no results, they changed. And unfortunately, they approached running their business as a hobby and never took it seriously enough to treat their business like a business.

Why do  you think that is? Fear? Who knows really, but this is definitely the wrong way to run your business.

Would you like to be that person five years from now unstuck and thriving in network marketing? I bet you would! Who wouldn’t want that?

Here’s what you have to do…

Make a commitment to doing your daily disciplines to growing your business.

Doing your daily disciplines of prospecting, advertising, presenting, etc. you are setting yourself up for long-term success and which one day may lead you to signing up a distributor or customer. Then a few days later signing up a customer. Then signing up a distributor and a customer a few weeks later.

Overtime, these small, which may seem insignificant disciplines can turn your few distributors and customers per month into 240 distributors and customers in a five year period. This doesn’t even take into consideration what anyone else in your teams does. If only one of them does the same as you, obviously it would be doubled. So, imagine how powerful this approach can be for your business.

I know, at first it didn’t seem like much, but once time begins to kick in, you will experience the compound effect of residual effort. This is the right way to network marketing.

Think of all of the tasks that you do today for network marketing and figure out how often you do these. Once a month, once every other month, once a week.

Now, instead of doing what you were used to doing, change it to a daily discipline. I promise you, there will be a change. A change for the better. There will be a shift in your business because you decided to commit to doing something to move your business forward every single day, no matter what, with no excuses.

What are some daily disciplines that you do today that has helped you with your business? Share what you know and help out a fellow network marketer.
