In yesterday’s post we talked about the downline challenge and today’s post is a continuation of this challenge to help get your downline unstuck from their current struggles.
The most valuable lesson we got from yesterday’s message is to leverage the team’s strengths to inch their business and yours forward.
The same goes true when we have downline team members who are stuck in their struggles like Toyota is with their Prius model.
But, for the home business owner, it doesn’t have to be this way.
As you know, everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses.
So, by indentifying what their weaknesses are and locating another downline member who has this as their strength, these two members can “join-up” and help one another.
In the network marketing business model, we operate our business from this mindset or a team if you will.
Sometimes when helping another member it does not directly impact our business.
However, what we believe is if you sow enough seeds to help others succeed, then so shall you.
By the way, our definition of team is:
Trusted Entrepreneurs Achieving More
It says a lot about how we do our business.
So, when a team member is stuck, another downline member steps up and helps them like an entrpreneur should.
It really is that simple.
Here are the steps:
1) Identify the person’s weakness.
2) Indentify another downline member who has this as their strength.
3) Match up the two and leverage.
What is key here is the power of leverage.
Imagine a business without the ability to use leverage. It would be like a one person show.
It will be pretty difficulty to have much success and if there is success, it’s bound to plateau.
How do you leverage your downline members to increase their chances of success?
Looking forward to your comments.

Nice Jerome!
I especially like your definition of team.
That’s the way to leverage — have people do what they’re good at.
Thanks Derek.
If we want to run a business effectively, then we should leverage the good things.

Great acronym of T.E.A.M there Jerome, and you raise some great points about “pairing up” down-line members to leverage your down-line – smart move my friend.
Wayne Vassell, signing out…
Wayne,
When I came up with that acronym I wanted it to speak to how my team does business.

Hey Jerome,
Like you mentioned it is a great way to leverage of each other. This way it allows everyone to move to the next level of their business.
Great definition for T.E.A.M!
Chat with you later…

Right on Josh.
When everyone is moving, things are happening.

Hey Jerome
You could also get the T.E.A.M to be pro-active and come forward with what their field of expertise. This could encourage an open resource contact list which the whole T.E.A.M can access as and when they need.
Great post

Interesting way to look at it Dwayne and I too prefer the pro-active approach.

Jerome,
Great article! Just heard about the Prius gas pedal deal earlier today, so the title definitely caught my attention. It is a really good idea to partner up people that complement each other.
