Dealing With Objections

Woo Hoo! Have you ever been so sick that you wonder if you would ever feel better?

Well, for the last week plus it has been one of those horrific experiences for me. I was sick as a dog.

Well, I can finally say that I’M BACK!!!

It took some time to overcome that sickness and it reminded me of how network marketers try to overcome objections from their prospects.

Not too long ago I wrote an article on the BetterNetworker.com forum about dealing with objections where I discuss it’s not about overcoming or dealing with the objection, but rather handling the objection.

As you soon will discover in that article, dealing is not a state in which you should be running your network marketing from.

What I found out, along with many other network marketers is, dealing with anything is like settling for something you feel you will never have.

Crazy thought, hey!

Now why this is so important is because when you are “dealing” you are trying to control the outcome rather than believing all of the effort you put into your business will turn out as planned.

As long as you’re doing the necessary things to grow your network marketing business, you can have success.

Does this mean that you won’t fail? No, because you will.

But, if you can harness those failures as stepping stones to moving you forward, then success is the inevitable.

The time you can LET GO and trust everything will work out, you will no longer have to deal with objections for those interested in your network marketing opportunity.

Dealing With Objections or Handling Objections?

Besides, we are in the business of filtering. By filtering out the nonsense, the less likely we will have to deal with objections.

Although, you will at times have to handle objections which is by far, very different.

What this means is sometimes prospects who are interested in the business but not sure about you and your team, may challenge you.

Those will come across as objections. And, the best way to handle these types of questions is by handling the objection.

Understanding the concern, addressing it by being honest and straightforward lets your prospect know what kind of person they are dealing with.

Since we have our focused energy on being successful and helping some people along the way, we don’t ever have to deal with anything.

Handling is a better approach!

It puts you in charge of your business. It shows how you run your business and your level of professionalism as a leader for your business, team and industry.

Have you ever felt that dealing with objections wasn’t something you felt was the right way to handle the situation?

If so, then you could have experienced what I did in my business. In that case, it’s ideal for you to read this article I posted on BetterNetworker.com.

Oh yeah, if you haven’t signed up for an account on the BetterNetworker.com forum, I would highly encourage you do so.

It’s one of those free tools where you can get a lot of value from and at the same time demonstrate your leadership abilities to help you grow your business.

While you’re on there, go ahead and rate the article, share it with your Facebook friends and Tweet it. They’ll be glad you did.

When you share good content with your audience, you will become a well respected leader.

How have you dealt with objections that has proved to be very successful for you?

We’d love to hear your comments so go ahead and comment below and re-tweet this post.

Talk to you soon.
