Is there such a thing as finding the right network marketing business to join? If you were to set aside network marketing as being your vehicle, what it is that you’re probably seeking is the ability to set yourself free.
Whatever free means to you… Free to choose to do what you want to do, more free time, or more flexibility.
Most want the change because they are sick and tired of the way things are. Think harder now, who’s business would you join and why?
Here’s what I’m getting at, network marketing is a great vehicle to set you free and instantly give you that change. But, the fact of the matter is, if you don’t do it right by following a leader that is willing to guide you, you’ll just end up finding yourself un-free again.
The biggest decision you can ever make is not how much it cost to join, not the business, not the products…It’s joining the right team and leader.
A true leader would’ve already done their homework on this, otherwise, they wouldn’t be as successful as they are without doing that.
Your Biggest Decision
So, your biggest decision is you should pick the right leader to join forces with. Sure, you should check all the other elements as to why you should join, but #1 is the leader.
It’s no wonder why so many home based businesses fail within the first few years of business.
Without having the right mentoring and support, a lot of home based businesses get started with no direction whatsoever.
Selecting the Right Network Marketing Business
#1 - Seek out a leader and contact them. Ask them questions about their team, training, mentoring, how you can get a hold of them, why they joined the company, their determination, and their willingness.
#2 - Do your research on the company. Remember if you want to find negative things about any company, you’re bound to find it. But if you want to find the positive things about any company, you’re bound to find that as well. In theory, most will be dictated by opinions. Just be sure there are far more positives than negatives and the company has an excellent track record.
#3 – The need for the product. Is it a consumable product people will use up and need more of? Shoot to look for a company that sells consumable products as the more people who buy it and are satisfied with it, the better. The product must serve a purpose that is in demand. For example, health and wellness for baby boomers. A lot of products in that industry are in demand by the baby boomers.
#4 – Cost to start. The cost is last because it really shouldn’t be the deciding component on whether or not you are going to join a company. If you did your homework and will be working with a leader, the right company and product, the money you will earn in return will far exceed the cost to sign up. However, what you should do is make cost an awareness component to deciding the right company.
For example, if the cost to sign up is $5,000 and you get no products or materials as a result of this cost, be sure to think again. On the flip side, if for $5,000 you get business building materials and products that will accelerate your business, then definitely it’s well worth it.
Bonus: Time to put into building a successful business. Notice I said successful. I stated this because when you’re working with your leader your whole goal is to become successful in your network marketing opportunity so you can have that freedom. I can guarantee you they are not going to tell you to just spend 2-5 hours a week and you will become instantly successful. They’ll tell you straight up what it’s going to take.
You need that “no hold punches” type of leader because that only means you know you’re working with the right leader and right network marketing business.
