Do you know what is the quickest way to having success in your MLM business?
This may seem unusual to some, but trust me, this is how it works.
Success is not an end result. Success is a process where you are accomplishing goal after goal.
So, when training your MLM distributors for success, the first thing to do is accept this philosophy.
Train and mentor them in all aspects of the business. In addition, encourage and help them reinforce a positive attitude where anything is possible.
Did you know having a mentor (AKA – Leader) to guide you through building your business will allow you to be successful.
YES! – As long as you, the distributor is taking action to build your business.
Here are some ideas you can use to train your distributors…
+ Encourage them to live and breathe self-development
+ Weekly training in building their MLM business
+ Encourage them to step outside their comfort zone
+ Demonstrate how to increase their value
+ Educate them on prospecting
+ Teach them how to train their distributors
+ Host mentoring sessions
+ Discover their weakness and improve them
+ Discover their strengths and leverage them
These are just some ideas in how you can start training your MLM distributors for success.
The whole purpose of each and everyone of these is to help harness your distributor’s potential. They may not be aware of what they are capable of, but by training them for success, they will soon figure it out.
That is your job and it should be your distributors job as well. Remember, the purpose of your business is to allow you to make a living but at the same time be able to help and teach people along the way.
You can be the person that makes a drastic difference in people’s lives. They can be stuck in their situation which they may not be aware of how to get out of. This is where you, the leader comes into play.
How are you training your distributors for success?
Look forward to your comments.
