Recently one of our subscribers asked us to write about MLM training tips. So Prasanjit, here you go.
Every home business is looking for different ways to train their distributors. What training is really used for is to help you and your team to be successful.
Training is often referred to systems, programs, courses, etc. to be able to enhance your learning experience in how to handle any of the different aspects of running a home business.
Aside from the different ways we mentioned above, there is one specifically we are going to be talking about.
MLM Training Tip for Success
Attending Training Events!
Attending events are a great way to take in some extremely valuable techniques in what’s working in the industry and it’s one MLM training tip you should encourage your downline to do as well.
Ideally, these events should be ran by the cream of the crop.
If you’re looking to enhance your marketing skills, then you would attend an event conducted by someone who is proficient in marketing and has a great tracking record.
What’s important to recognize is the source.
Can you imagine attending a training event where the source was someone who had no experience in that particular area?
It’s like a marketing guru showing a doctor in how to conduct a surgery. It just doesn’t work.
So be cognoscente of what events you are attending and by whom.
But do consider attending live training events.
In addition to learning so many different techniques that will help you, you’ll also have the luxury to network and meet others from the industry.
This is huge because you may just end up creating a long lasting relationship that can turn into great joint venture opportunity.
We believe so much in training events that this weekend we are attending a “First Steps to Success” event here in Chicago.
There’s always great bits of information you can take from these events and use them to the advantage. Not to mention the value this will provide you and your team.
One last comment about training events. These beauties can be your system in which you plug your team into.
If you want to free up your time, and get your team with some great info, then have them attend events as well.
This is what utilizing a system is all about.
It’s about using your time wisely in activities proven to be successful.
Following this MLM training tip is essentially leveraging “duplication” at it’s best.
What are some events you attended which you highly recommend others to participate in?

Great points, Jerome
I love attending training events! Some of my faves are:
- T. Harv Eker
- Landmark
- My own company’s events
And I’m REALLY stoked about the Vegas event Ray and Ferny are putting on!
Will Monique and I be seeing you there?

Hi Jerome,
Attending events, both live and online, make a huge difference.
You’re right, you do have to be aware of the speaker and topic.
I believe company events are ones you don’t want to miss out on, if at all possible. These will often be that last nudge someone needs to “get off the bus”
Have a great weekend!

Hi Jerome,
I really wanted to attend that event, but was unable to get a sitter for the little guy since the hubs has to work that weekend.
Training events can be so inspirational when you look around at the people. They are no different than the rest of us. It can be very inspiring!
Enjoy the event and have a great weekend!

I’ll be heading to Vegas for Ray and Ferny’s No Excuses event. Costs a couple hundred bucks for the tickets, but you get access to the top guys in the industry. Well worth the money. Plus, you will learn all of the nuances of building a sales funnel from the best marketers in the world.
Thanks,
Eric
Definitely Eric. You can’t put a cost on the value you get in return.
That is priceless.

I’m with Eric. Vegas is going to be awesome. You can’t get that kind of info without showing up.

Hey Jerome,
I’ll just say I wouldn’t be here today if I had not attended events. They don’t even have to be network marketing events, they can be wealth expo events, internet marketing seminars etc. They put you in the environment of similarly minded people and that’s very important.
Have a great weekend,
Wayne
They can be any type of event Wayne, as long as you are increasing your value. Totally right.

Hey Jerome,
Nothing can replace what you get out of actually attending live events, just the energy you pick up alone is worth it.
I’ll be heading over to the USA later this year just for that.

Jerome,
I am a big fan of company events. It is good to see WWN within the company and tweak their strategies to leverage what I am doing.
It is also a great way to network. Last event I always get a few leads for my marketing system because most of the people I meet are hooked into the company’s generic system.
Have a good one!
Tommy D.
Hey there bud,
Sounds like you had some great success with events as well. Very cool, and the reason why they are worth it.
Have a great day,
Jerome Ratliff
Hey Jerome
Events are great. Being in the UK we don’t have as many as the US but I attend the ones I need to be at.
The buzz at an event can also add a little bit of inspiration and motivation to you and your business.

Hi Jerome,
Besides the awesome learning at events it is just so great to meet other marketers in person. The Internet no mater how advanced technology makes it can’t beat real person contact.
