This post is an extension to the post I wrote more than a week ago about BetterNetworker.com.
And, I thought what better thing to write about then standing out on BetterNetworker.com or any online forum for that matter.
Recently I was networking on the BetterNetworker.com forum.
I discovered a post about someone who had asked some valid questions about how to stand out from everyone else who is saying the same EXACT thing.
You can read the forum post here…
http://www.betternetworker.com/forums/post79652.html#p79652
What I do want you to do, is pay special attention to the response I provided. It’s the second post on the thread.
You will notice I am the one providing value by putting my wholehearted effort into my response to her (the one who made the post).
I’m not just responding by saying, “Here do this.”
No!
I wouldn’t want to do that because that wouldn’t help her nor will it help the readers.
It is about providing valuable information that will help anyone who reads it understand the underlining message, which is…
About being unique and stay true to your individuality in how you run your home business.
You may have heard me say this before but it’s very important to understand that and acknowledge it.
Anyone entering the network marketing arena needs to be aware of who their competition is and most likely they are all saying the same unproductive thing.
The best approach is to take the lead of an MLM leader who will teach and guide you in how to be unique but at the same time have posture and purpose.
When on BetterNetworker or any online forum, it’s easy to do this too.
All you really have to is be genuine and share your personal experience you truly feel with help everyone else.
PERIOD!!!
It doesn’t have be any harder than that.
It’s really simple to do, but it’s also really simple not to do. Unfortunately, too many people are lazy and would rather zip through it.
You may think that is a better approach. My friend, it is NOT.
It’s not about quantity more than it is about quality.
Give it a try and see how you can standout.
What are some good tips you can share with us in standing out in the online world?
BTW – I am absolutely FLOORED by all those who have been following me lately. Here’s the people I want to show my appreciation to…

Jerome,
We have to get this post out to as many people as possible. The idea or way of thinking of providing value and expecting nothing in return is very often lost on the majority in this industry. They are looking for the quick and easy way to make a bazillion dollars. No such thing! The other problem is that people think spamming links to affiliate stuff or their primary is marketing.
Maybe we should put out an internet marketing 101 and sell it for $30. We would probably sell the hell out of them and hopefully help some people understand the real way that they can become successful in this business. NO spamming, but doing everything in their power to be constantly providing value to others. Wait …. isn’t that the whole principal behind attraction marketing? Hmmmmmmm……..
Really awesome post,
Eric
P.S. Thanks for the shout out!
Hey Eric,
My take has been to adopt the “Going the extra mile” mentality I know you’re aware of it.
I like you’re idea, Internet Marketing 101 . It’s a great concept and one a lot of people can get great benefit from.
Glad you liked the post. And you’re welcome about the mention. You guys have really helped me.
Jerome Ratliff
Hey Jerome,
This is a great outline you have there. Understanding and knowing how to go to market is key. Sometimes I’ll give individuals some leeway since they are not aware of the different ways of doing things.
That is why it takes leaders like you and I to educate the masses that want to learn.
Thank you for the mention and link!
Chat with you later…
Josh
Hey there Josh,
I figure as a leader (like you and I) our premise should be to help educate the masses how to do this business right.
You’re welcome about the mention, you rock.
Jerome Ratliff
Hey Jerome
Great post man
Taking the time to give real good quality value is what really works.
Value is king in network marketing!
You demonstrate that perfectly with your comments wherever I see you (and I see you all over the place).
Great minds think a like
Dwayne
Thanks Dwayne…
I would rather spend the upfront time then throwing junk out there.
You’re right…”Value is king in network marketing.”
This business is a lot of fun when you really think about the impact we are making.
Talk to you later,
Jerome Ratliff
Hey Jerome,
Some solid points there and a good demonstration on how to give value.
Thanks for the mention and link my friend, that is much appreciated.
Wayne Vassell, signing out…
Wayne, giving good value is essential, as you already know with your killer blog.
Your welcome on the mention…

Hi Jerome,
This is a really great post and I can see that you are always going above and beyond with everything you do…
It’s all about taking pride in your work!
(And you’re setting a great example)
P.S. Thanks for sharing my link, I’ve definitely benefited from all the interaction, myself.
I’m glad you liked the post Derek.
Going above and beyond is a MUST for me. Napoleon Hill taught me that…not directly, although, how cool would that be.
But you know what I mean.
You’re also welcome about the mention.
It’s my pleasure to mention those who are doing great things, just like you.

Hi Jerome,
Great post! You’re absolutely right. When looking through forums and blogs, the ones that give the value, or even sound interesting, are the ones I’m more inclined to click on and check out what they are all about.
It might take an extra minute or so to stop and add something, but it’s time well invested.
Thanks Jerome!
Susanna
Hi Susanna,
Thank you!
So RIGHT – It’s that one extra minute that means a difference.
Jerome Ratliff
Hey Jerome,
Thanks for the plug. This is cool, I just plugged you and some of the same people in my blog today, and you did the same thing yesterday.
Great minds think alike I guess.
I have no doubt when I come across your material that I am going to get quality. It’s people like you that make me wish my life wasn’t so hectic right now so that I could keep up with all of this great content.
Hey man…
We got to show how much we appreciate everyone, including you Chris. Great minds think alike.

Hi Jerome,
Awesome post! Great value here, that’s for sure. I liked the answers you gave to that lady’s questions. You went into great detail to explain so she as well as others who read the post could understand. (Again great value.) Many would not have taken the time.
You’re a great leader and I’m looking up to you!
Ilka
Hi Ilka,
Thanks…
Taking that extra time has proven to help my business out a lot. I know it has done the same for others who put that little extra umph into it.
