Good advice! I spent nearly a decade working for a global MLM company and time and again I saw those who excelled were the ones who took the time to learn about their industry and take advantage of the training.
I liked this site. I strongly believe that those who spend some extra time in training and personal development always seem to excel and go far in their chosen career. And also your never to old or experienced to learn new things.
I agree, those who take the time to learn new skills and apply them to there existing work roles will only do better as individuals and their employers.
